Our number one priority is your satisfaction. If the items you purchased don’t look or fit the way you’d like them to, we will gladly issue you a full refund or an exchange once the item is returned. All products must be shipped back to our store within (30) days of receiving it in order to receive a full refund. To qualify for a refund or exchange:
Products must be in brand new, unworn condition.
Original manufacturer's packaging and contents must be returned and in the same condition it was received.
All tags, labels and stickers must remain attached to the product.
*Please note that we are unable to return or exchange products which do not meet the above criteria. If the products show signs of wear or the original box and packaging are missing, we will be unable to accept the return. We do not offer refund when the product ordered was on sale, clearance or “as it is”
We do not refund return shipping costs. If the item returned is found not to be defective or sent in error by us; you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size/color a further postage and package charge will be made. The original invoice must accompany your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within (5) business days.
All orders will be shipped within two business days of order placement. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carrier that may be used is: United Parcel Service (UPS).
We only ship to addresses within the United States and to the billing customer address or shipping address, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Tracking information will be provided immediately upon shipment. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.
